DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT

BERTSCH Holding GmbH is committed to comprehensive data protection on the Internet. We would therefore like to inform you how we use personal data that we obtain when you visit our website (hereinafter “Data”).

1. DATA CONTROLLER

Controller (GDPR) in respect of the processing of Data is BERTSCH Holding GmbH, of Herrengasse 23, 6700 Bludenz, Austria, registered with the Regional Court of Feldkirch under FN 065689 b, T 0043 5552 6135-0, F 0043 5552 66359, E privacy@bertsch.at.

2. PROCESSING OF INFORMATION

When you visit our website, our provider, Antiloop GmbH, of A-6840 Götzis (web hoster), will create a log entry on its server containing exclusively the following Data:

- your IP address
- your web browser 
- date and time of your visit and the content you viewed or searched on the website 

Antiloop GmbH, our processor, will keep that Data. These Data will not be transferred to any other recipients.

Antiloop GmbH will keep Data for one month and will erase such Data after one month, unless a specific user behaviour justifies an investigation.

2.1 PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

The Data referred to above are collected in order to understand unexpected user behaviour.

We process such information in accordance with our overriding legitimate interests to achieve said purpose. 

3. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Consistent with applicable data protection laws, you may request information on your personal data, request rectification and erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability.

You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority in Vienna, if you feel that an infringement of European or Austrian data protection laws has occurred.

4. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google is certified under the EU-US-Privacy Shield which guarantees compliance with European data privacy standards by US firms. Google Analytics uses “cookies” which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how users use the site. We process your data on the basis of our prevailing legitimate interest to cost efficiently generate easy-to-use website statistics.

The information generated by cookies about your use of our website (including your IP address and the ULRs of the pages accessed on our website) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We do not store any of your personal data collected in connection with Google Analytics.

Our website uses an IP anonymization feature provided by Google Analytics. Your IP address will therefore be truncated/anonymized by Google as soon as it receives it. On our behalf, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling synthesis reports on website activity for website operators and providing us with services relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address transmitted by your browser with any other data held by Google.

5. GOOGLE ADWORDS UND GOOGLE CONVERSION-TRACKING

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising platform of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

As Google AdWords client, we are using a tool known as conversion tracking. If you click a Google ad, a cookie will be set for conversion tracking. Cookies are tiny text files which your Internet browser stores on your computer. Most of these cookies expire after 30 days, some expire after three months. Cookies are not intended to personally identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can see that the user has clicked the ad and was transferred to that page.

A different cookie is assigned to each Google AdWords client. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords clients. Information collected via the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for Adwords clients that opted for conversion tracking. Adwords clients will learn the total number of users that have clicked their adverts and were referred to a page featuring a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive information which would allow them to identify the user.

If you want to opt out of tracking, you may adjust the settings of your Internet browser to deactivate the Google conversion tracking cookie. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

“Conversion cookies” are stored according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. As operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour to optimise the services offered on our website and our adverts. 6. LEADINFO-TECHNOLOGY

We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and to enhance its services. For additional information, please visit www.leadinfo.com. On this page: www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out you have an opt-out option. In the event of an opt-out, your data will no longer be used by Leadinfo.

7. YOUTUBE

We have integrated YouTube components on this website. YouTube is an online video portal which allows you to upload, watch, like and comment video clips free of charge.

YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, of 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., of 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

We use the “extended data protection mode” option provided by YouTube. According to YouTube, although YouTube still contacts the Double Klick service of Google in “extended data protection mode”, Google’s privacy policy states that no personal data are analysed.

If you visit the subpages of our website on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) is integrated, a connection is created to the YouTube servers and YouTube receives your IP address in order to send the embedded video to your browser and to play it. YouTube is thereby informed which subpages of our website you visit and which videos you play. If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, that information is allocated to your YouTube account. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account before you visit our website. We are not aware how YouTube uses your data after allocation to your YouTube account and cannot influence any such use.
