As a family business from Vorarlberg in its third generation, we can look back on a successful history spanning more than 95 years. Our operating companies are among the international leaders in their respective industries: BERTSCHenergy and BERTSCHservice in power plant construction and BERTSCHfoodtec and BERTSCHlaska in plant construction for the food industry.

In order to provide international customers with innovative technologies and tailor-made solutions in the form of turnkey power plants and services, around 400 employees work together worldwide with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm.

    During the application process, it is important to us to give you an authentic and open insight into your desired position.

    In return, we expect the same from you. We want to get to know you as a person and get an impression of your qualifications and experience. It is important for us to get to know you with all your strengths and positive qualities, but also with your rough edges. Because as diverse as our positions are, so are the people we are looking for.

    After we have checked your documents, you will receive information about your application and the further procedure.

    Colleagues from the specialist and HR departments will take part in the first interview. Our aim is to get to know you personally and to inform you about your possible tasks and perspectives. In the second interview, we will introduce you to the team and you will get a first impression of your new workplace.

    We are excited to meet you in person and also feel a certain amount of nervousness every time we talk to you. You too can be nervous - but you don't have to be.

    • to get a rough overview of the company structure and our products
    • read through the job advertisement again and note down initial questions about the future area of responsibility
    • find out how to get to us. From the train station in Bludenz you can reach us in less than 10 minutes on foot, from the motorway exit Bludenz-Bürs it is only a few minutes by car.
    • note a telephone number to call in case of delays. We know that something can always come up, but we apprechiate you letting us know as soon as possible.
