Process gas cooler

Tube welding and inbore welding procedure.

Aside from the thermal design, including main and bypass heat surfaces, our main focus is on the tube construction and the tube to tube welding. Manufacturing includes combining finite element calculations and precisely manufactured flexible tubes which are connected with the tube by modern inbore welding procedure. This results in important benefits for our customers during operation of the equipment, including: lower tensions in material, homogen temperature distribution and perfect cooling of the welding seams.
