BERTSCHenergy confirmed receipt of an order for the delivery of a HRSG the Frankfurt am Main region. The new plant will contribute significantly to securing power and heat for the production facilities of the chemical companies located there.

This is the largest project yet for BERTSCHenergy in the HRSG product range. The new boiler plant will create 130 tons of high-pressure steam at 125 bar for power generation and about 40 tons of low pressure steam at 4 bars for chemical industry processes. The boiler thereby provides a major contribution to energy savings in which the exhaust gases of the two upstream 53 MW gas turbines will be cooled from approx. 600°C to 115°C and render the heat useable in the combined heat and power process. The boiler has a cross section of 8 x 16 metres, is 28 metres tall and weighs about 1,500 tons.
