| Our in-house service team and our mobile task force look after the plants on an ongoing basis. The core responsibilities of the service business segment are: Maintenance work on industrial systems We are happy to produce a maintenance schedule specifically tailored to the plant and to coordinate the work personally. Our services in this respect range all the way from boiler casing checks and measurements of wall thickness for the early detection of weak spots to comprehensive complete packages, which contain all the organisational details of the inspection, including all sub-contracted operations. Fittings service BERTSCH Services has its own specially trained staff equipped to carry out services on the most commonly used fittings. The advantage of this is that we can respond very rapidly, and during a downtime. Repair works Should sudden breakdowns occur in systems built by us, we make every effort to keep downtime to the absolute minimum. This is why our customers can reach us on our service hotline at any time, including weekends. Modifications The continuous improvement of plants built by us is of crucial importance to us. It makes no difference to us whether it is a case of replacing components subjected to intensive wear and tear, such as heating surfaces, or whether a system upgrade/optimisation is scheduled for implementation. Replacement/expendable parts We are happy to produce a comprehensive offer on replacement parts for the purposes of the inventory management. This offer contains the replacement and expendable parts recommended by us. On request, we would of course also be happy to produce a specially tailored offer for all replacement and expendable parts installed in the plants. | |||
